I live by this quote because you think what you fear. You only fear it because you think of it, You dont fear the monster under your bed until you start thinking about it, You dont fear the stranger approaching you until you think of it. Until you try to viualize what will happen or what is there. You do not fear it. So in turn, the more you fear, the more you think, Right? Your mind is the gateway to many things. Including fear.
That's a very unique way of looking at fear. Do you think this helps you to fear less when you recognize its link to your imagination?
ReplyDeleteSometimes it does. However when the fear is powerful enough to over power analitical thought. it dosnt help much.
